Referral-only participation requires proper brokerage affiliation through the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) eLicensing system.

To submit affiliation:

• Access the DRE eLicensing portal
• Search Broker License #01837399
• Submit a sponsorship request through the system

Participation is contingent upon confirmed license verification and brokerage affiliation approval.
