Referral-only participation requires proper brokerage affiliation through the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) eLicensing system.

To submit affiliation:

• Access the DRE eLicensing portal
• Search Broker License #01837399
• Submit a sponsorship request through the system

Florida DBPR – Brokerage Affiliation

Referral-only participation requires proper brokerage affiliation through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).

To establish affiliation:

• Maintain an active Florida real estate license in good standing
• Provide your Florida license information to SelectPath Partner Operations.
• SelectPath will submit the brokerage affiliation through the DBPR licensing system
• Confirm that your license reflects SelectPath as the employing brokerage before conducting licensed activity
